Each STEF branch is a profit centre that operates as a small business. You have to take care of the business strategy, management, budget management, set goals, follow up... At the head of this SME, you can find the profit centre director. His/her mission? To make his/her branch a profitable centre in accordance with STEF’s general strategy. 

Specifically? As a true facilitator and catalyst of energy, you foster the necessary climate of trust for achieving the performance objectives you have set.

But you are not alone. While independent in your decision-making, you rely on governance bodies (management committees) that you have set up, as well as a team of experts at head office or in the region. 

You can also negotiate your own profit-sharing agreement for your employees with the help of the operational HR on our sites 

All these teams support you in the management of your branch.

Moreover, you will join a network of peers, which promotes exchanges and sharing of experiences and best practices... The goal is to develop your skills throughout the year!

Who are you?

You have at least five years of experience in a position similar to a management position in a demanding environment.

Your personal strengths: entrepreneurial spirit, desire for challenges, ability to rise to the occasion, discipline, organisation, ability to train teams

Your career path?

You can progress to Regional Operations Manager, Regional Sales Manager or Regional Manager within the Group in France or in another European country.
