We recruit regularly, for all types of positions and at all levels of experience. To apply, you have two options:

If you wish to follow the progress of your application:
- Click on the “Log in” menu at the top right of the home page
- Enter your email address and password
- Go to the “Job applications” section.
- You will find the job offers you have applied for
- You can view the status and stage of your application directly
You can withdraw your application at any time by clicking on your candidate profile:
- Click on the “Log in” menu at the top right of the home page
- Enter your email address and password
- Go to the “Job applications” section.
- You will find the job offers you have applied for
- Click directly on the relevant offer
- You can withdraw your application by clicking on the “Withdraw my application” button located at the bottom right of the page
You can modify your application at any time by clicking on your candidate profile:
- Click on the “Log in” menu at the top right of the home pag
- Enter your email address and password
- Go to the “Job applications” section
- You will find the job offers you have applied for
- Click directly on the relevant offer
- You can update your documents at any time: CV or covering letter. And change the answers to the questions asked. Then, simply click on the “Update” button located at the bottom right of the page:
You can change your candidate profile at any time:
- Click on the “Log in” menu at the top right of the home pag
- Enter your email address and password
- Your entire candidate profile is displayed. You can change all the items
- Simply click on the “Save” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page to save your changes
You have the option of deleting your candidate profile independently.
Please note that your profile will be completely and permanently deleted.
- Click on the “Log in” menu at the top right of the home page
- Enter your email address and password
- Your entire candidate profile is displayed
- Click on the “Options” menu at the top left and select the “Settings” menu
- To permanently delete your profile, click on the “Delete profile” button at the bottom right of the page
You can change your password at any time:
- Click on the “Log in” menu at the top right of the home pag
- Enter your email address and password
- Your entire candidate profile is displayed
- Click on the “Options” menu at the top left and select the “Settings” menu
- Enter your current password, and then your new password. Confirm it again. Then click on the “Change password” button
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” option
Enter your email address and click on the “Submit” button:
You will automatically receive an email. Then simply enter and confirm your new password. You will then be able to log back into your candidate profile.
We have a telephone pre-selection system, HR/operational interviews including one or more interviews, and tests (personality, motivation, aptitude) for which we will provide feedback to those who take them. We track the candidates throughout the recruitment process and do our utmost to ensure that the decision-making chain is as short as possible.

The driving profession is regulated:
- For first-time job seekers, qualification by a CAP (professional diploma) or even a BAC Pro (vocational diploma) in driving is preferable
- If you currently work in another profession, we suggest that you do Minimum Mandatory Initial Training (FIMO) and obtain an LGV category C licence or the super heavy category CE licence
- If you already engage in road driving in another sector, we offer you support through in-house training in the Group, which teaches rules of safety, quality, etc.
On 23 February 2021, STEF launched its external and internal training school for truck drivers in partnership with AFTRAL, the leading transport and logistics training organisation in France. This training includes three months of theoretical training at AFTRAL and six months at one of STEF's sites as part of an apprenticeship or professionalization contract. It lasts 12 weeks (399 hours of training and 35 hours of exams) and is validated by a professional title of road haulage driver on a carrier, a level 3 state diploma.
