The convention is structured around four main axes:
- Support for the annual collection of Restaurants du Cœur with the provision of vehicles with drivers and storage space;
- The patronage of skills centred on securing and optimising the association's warehouses;
- Training of volunteers in various jobs (order picker, stock manager, team leader and activity manager, etc.) as well as managers in law and social regulations. All of these actions are managed by the Institut des Métiers du Froid, the STEF Group's training organisation;
- Support for the logistical management of the association's food donations throughout the year.
